"Can I thank you for the great work that you and your team made of my bathroom. As you know, I struggled with the bath that was in place. After discussing the situation with you, you set about transforming the room into something beyond my wildest dreams. The transformation will improve my way of life for years to come."

"After moving to a new house in February, it was necessary to make adjustments to the bathroom as i was unable to access the shower and other facilities due to mobility and balance problems. I wasn't sure on how to go about getting advice on such matters.
Upon recommendation from a friend, i decided to contact Create Ability. Louise, the owner, came to the house to discuss my needs and accessibility issues. Louise suggested that a wetroom would solve many of my issues. She was able to advise me on shower aids and equipment that were safe and appropriate and would help me better manage the issues i was having.
It was decided that Louise would project manage the renovations while her team of tradesmen carried out the necessary work. This took away the stress and hassle that i would have had if i was trying to organise this myself. The work was completed in a timely manner and the tradesmen were always punctual and left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. Louise called regularly into my house throughout the renovations to check that everything was going to plan and kept me updated with how things were progressing.
It is 4 weeks on from the renovation was completed and i am delighted with how everything has turned out. I can access my shower facilities safely, independently and with confidence. I highly recommend Louise and her Team at Create Ability Northern Ireland."

Having recently become a wheelchair user and struggling to manage around our house in its existing layout, we contacted Louise at Create Ability Northern Ireland to not only assist with the building of a ramp to our front entrance, but Louise also project managed a conversion of our shower room to become more wheelchair friendly and installed an Impey wetroom level shower with half height shower doors. Now it is much easier for my carers to assist with showering and to help me safely use the ramp to get to any hospital appointments I have.
